Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of cross-discipline team members to achieve ASML product transfer strategies.

  • Education
  • Master's degree with well-established knowledge in both technical disciplines and business management.
  • An MBA from US or European institution is preferred, particularly with a focus in engineering, operations, sourcing, supply chain, or sales key account management background.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in major international company, especially in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, medical or other business-to-business technical industries.
  • Over 7 years of project management experience leading complex, large-scale projects, preferably by low volume and experience in supply chain management in business-to-business technical environments.
  • Proven track record of project or business leadership, i.e. driving and leading complex cross-department projects from project initiation, planning, execution to results, engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience of working in matrix organizations, both locally and globally, is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
