Responsibilities

  • Daily budget and performance pacing on ad platforms.
  • Build campaigns in self-serve ad platforms and thoroughly QA all paid campaign launches.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working on performance marketing campaigns within Google Ad, Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads. Apple Ads a plus.
  • An elevated mathematical/analytical aptitude with comfortability using Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, etc.)
  • A demonstrated passion for and understanding of digital media, platforms and their ad offerings.
  • Ability to pull campaign reports to inform insights and build client-facing presentation decks.
  • Commitment to excellence - anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.
  • Base salary range: $70-75K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how campaign optimizations impact ad performance, and how to analyze campaign data. As the Media Associate, you will activate, manage and optimize mobile app install campaigns, implement best practices, monitor the latest trends, and report on findings.
