Senior GenAI Integrated Producer

About the role

Brandtech+ is looking for a seasoned Producer for an opportunity to innovate with brands. Involving the development of strategy, creative concepts, content and campaign implementation. Driven by passion and ambition, this role is best suited to candidates with proven experience leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency. They are responsible for the end to end project finance and hygiene, stakeholder management, resource management for all creative content productions covering still and moving image jobs. Working closely with clients and internal teams, they schedule projects and resources and source the right production partners to deliver work to the highest standards. They will exhibit mastery in AI, Design, Video, Digital and Film disciplines and work hand in hand with these departments. They build timing plans and budgets in our in-house systems, own the review and approval process for creative output, and keep their projects running on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• GENERAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the creative integrity and vision of our deliveries are maintained throughout the process.
• Take ownership of projects from initial brief to final delivery, overseeing every aspect.
• Work closely with customers to define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and identify upsell, cross sell and potential organic growth opportunities.
• Efficiently schedule and work with the resource team to allocate internal resources, maximizing team utilization skills match and ensuring production timelines are met.
• Own stakeholder management, aligning multiple client stakeholders behind a single integrated solution.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with Customers, Internal support teams, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams to understand project requirements, challenges, and vision.
• Monitor budget allocation, negotiate extensions, or scope creep or scope changes with the potential to incur additional costs when necessary, and report essential information appropriately.
• Supervise the end to end delivery process, addressing any issues related to deadlines, live dates, and editing time.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the post-production environment.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• INITIATE & PLAN THE PROJECT:
• Receive new briefs and manage the process of transforming unclear briefs into well prepared briefs where applicable
• Calculating a thorough and accurate budget for each project, gaining sign-off from the client. Making sure that all parties are aware of any limitations imposed by the budget. Sign-off should always be gained before any work of any kind can commence.
• Identify stakeholders and create a communication plan to ensure each of them has access to the right level of information
• Set deadlines with partners and challenge unrealistic timelines to ensure workload is managed based on creative processes
• Create project plan and identify key milestones for each of the projects you are assigned
• Identify potential risks and issues, and create risk registers and mitigation plans
• Work closely with the Project management leadership and Resource/Studio Manager to staff the project correctly based on the required deliverables and deadlines
• Work closely with the creative team to define a cost, scope and time plan for the projects
• Prepare and run effective and structured client and team kick-off meetings.
• Create and manage the delivery of project documentation.
• MANAGE PROJECT EXECUTION, MONITORING AND CONTROL:
• Coordinate development and delivery among various project participants.
