Beauty Salon Operations Manager (Lash & Body Slimming)

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the beauty salon.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales revenue and customer retention.
• Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatment programs and service packages to customers.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor appointment scheduling, service delivery standards, and operational efficiency.
• Source, negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage inventory, stock control, procurement and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene and operational requirements.
• Analyse business performance and prepare operational reports and recommendations for business improvement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of future salon personnel as business operations expand.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty salon, aesthetic, wellness, slimming centre or related beauty industry operations.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Proven experience in salon operations management and business development.
• Strong knowledge of eyelash extension services, body slimming treatments and beauty industry practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
• Experience in beauty consultation, treatment package sales and customer relationship management.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational functions in a growing business environment.
