  • Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other martech tools essential for campaign management and reporting.
  • Team Management : Experience building, nurturing and developing a high performance team

Role Overview We're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Growth and Digital Marketing to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels for innovative, digital first telecommunications brands around the world. This role is critical in developing and implementing growth marketing strategies to meet our ambitious targets, leveraging data, martech tools, digital experimentation, and an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior to make informed, impactful decisions. The role will oversee agencies including those responsible for digital marketing, media planning and web development.
