Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned commercial properties, ensuring high service standards and tenant satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies, policies, and best practices across the portfolio.
  • Manage and oversee service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure properties remain in optimal operating condition and comply with all regulatory and safety standards.

  • Lead and mentor the operations team while working closely with tenants, stakeholders, and senior management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in commercial property or facilities management.
  • Prior experience managing Grade A commercial office assets will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services, M&E systems, statutory compliance, and facilities operations.
  • Proven experience managing service providers, budgets, contracts, and asset enhancement projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Working hours: 5 Days
  • Salary: up to S$7,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
