- Accounting and Reporting: Proven track record in preparing financial statements, audits, and compliance reports.
- Cash Flow & Investment Management: Experience billing and accounts receivable monitoring and liquidity, managing reserves, and managing FOAPAL accounts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with financial regulations, tax laws, and University institutional reporting standards. Experience with University systems for finance and HR Collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively with academic, administrative, and external stakeholders.
- Financial Software: Proficiency in University financial systems data analysis including strong Excel and financial modeling skills to support decision-making.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial planning with University and Initiative goals.

Because DAC houses a unique mix of research personnel assigned to both external contracted projects and internal university recharge work, this full-time position is responsible for constructing, reporting, and managing budget allocations and HR compliance operations, as well as coordinating external billings and collections.
