Merchandising Associate (Part time) - Champlain

Responsibilities

• Support an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring product is organized, accessible, and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries , including receiving, sorting, transferring, and preparing product for the sales floor according to company procedures.
• Assist with visual presentation , including floor moves, product placement, signage, and housekeeping duties.
• Execute visual setup and changes as directed to maintain a cohesive and appealing store environment.
• Demonstrate product knowledge , visual presentation awareness, and an understanding of merchandise flow and sell-through.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and sharing feedback that helps enhance the overall shopping experience.
• +6 months of experience in merchandise processing, retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain consistent standards.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
