Leads the identification of portions of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure with the highest potential return for cloud deployment. Implements the organization's global strategies and initiatives to enhance Information Technology plans, operations and procedures. Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Translates business requirements into application requirements, and works with all members of the team to execute the application successfully. Engages client teams and explains moderately complex initiatives in an understandable manner, while also addressing any hesitations or concerns from the client. Estimates the costs of various system solutions and prepares project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources. Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system. Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Reviews and conducts cost/benefit evaluation of cloud solutions compared to virtual private networks, dedicated hosting, and in-house solutions. Determines the technical feasibility of adopting external cloud based IT platform and infrastructure services within the organization. This role will be responsible for Liaison with Front office (PM, Traders, Research etc.) and if needed middle office, provide white glove support, contribute to change and transformation agenda as BA (create BRD, maintain product backlog, Testing, UAT, Roll Out etc.) Required Skills: 3+ Years of Experience in State Street's OMS - CRIMS (Charles River MS) - Set up, Configuration, Integration, Implementation, Testing, Support etc. Experience on key CRIMS Components - Manager Workbench, Compliance, What-if, Rebalancer and more. Experience in SQL, Linux/Unix/Python scripting , office tools (excel/PPT/Word), JIRA, Service Now. Preferred Skills: Experience in Fixed Income Technology / Operations but open of other asset class experience on CRIMS.
