About the role
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join the opening team of a new luxury hotel in Singapore. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and producing creative assets across print and digital platforms to support branding, marketing, events, and operational initiatives. Working closely with multiple departments, you will play a key role in bringing campaigns and experiences to life while ensuring consistency with the hotel's brand vision and creative standards. Job Responsibilities Design and produce a wide range of marketing and promotional materials across print and digital channels. Develop creative concepts and visual assets that support branding, marketing campaigns, events, and guest engagement initiatives. Create content for social media, digital marketing, email communications, presentations, websites, and other brand touchpoints. Support pre-opening activities through the development of branding materials, signage, collateral, and launch campaign assets. Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Collaborate with Marketing, Food & Beverage, Events, and operational teams to deliver impactful and engaging design solutions. Coordinate artwork production with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business priorities. Support photography selection, image retouching, and basic multimedia content creation where required. Maintain organised digital asset libraries, brand resources, and artwork archives. Contribute creative ideas and innovative concepts to support brand awareness, guest experiences, and promotional campaigns. Stay informed on design trends, digital content developments, and hospitality branding best practices. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related creative field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and design execution across multiple platforms. Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, retail, or agency environments will be advantageous. Understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and digital content creation. Knowledge of photography, video editing, and multimedia content production is a plus. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
