Technician, Store Systems

About the role

The purpose of this job is to provide technological installation and support to new stores and new dealers,remodels, and other projects according to company procedures and documented methodology. Coordinate and assist in the preparation and configuration of required technology equipment and ensure materials are ready for shipment to site as needed to support successful project completion. Support project planning activities, including travel coordination and scheduling based on site readiness. Validate configuration requirements for technical equipment and software for site-specific locations in coordination with technical teams. Provide operational guidance and coordination with low-voltage vendors, construction, store operations, electricians, and fuel technicians on site.Asses site, unbox, install, bring equipment online and finalize configuration of equipment, set store live in prepartion of opening. Assist in identifying, analyzing, and escalating technical issues encountered during site execution. Provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders regarding site readiness, execution progress, and opening milestones. Requires full proficiency in a range of technical processes Applies understanding of buiness drivers May act as an informal resource Identifies and solves complex problems Executes objectives that impact the achievement of project or program objectives Exchanges advance technical information and ideas effectively Must meet near term targets and plan weekly High School Diploma or EquivalentAssociate's Degree or EquivalentAt least 1 Years' Experience Technology deployment process, low-voltage enviroments, and basic system configuration concepts Able and wiling lift 50 plus pounds Able and willing to travel 90% This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
