Requirements
- Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Electrical Journeyman Lineman certification and / or equivalent, titled experience
- Minimum 3 years of field experience in linework, power distribution, or telecom
- Ability to perform pole-top rescues, bucket work, and climbing demonstrations
- Working knowledge of OSHA, NESC , and other applicable safety codes
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (CDL Class A or B preferred)
- Current or ability to obtain within 3-6 months: NCCER ICTP Certification (we'll cover the cost); OSHA 10-hour Certification; CPR Certification
- Preferred:
- Associate degree in Electrical Systems Technology or a related field
- Experience teaching or mentoring in educational or apprenticeship settings
