Software Engineer (Tech Analyst, SQL, Java)

About the role

Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholder departments in business, operations, technology, regulators, etc and co-ordinate execution by respective owners Execute projects according to plan, scope, budget & timeline Ensure project execution adhere to policies, procedures and criteria Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables Understand interdependencies between business, operations and technology Analyze risk and propose mitigation plan Assist in Test Progress, Defects Analysis Analyze current business processes to identify AI integration opportunities. Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs into actual solution. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate AI model readiness. Familiar with Associative data modeling, predictive & text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop use case benefits explanation, business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, data dictionaries, client journey, user stories..etc Key Requirements: Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 4 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution Experience in Software Development and analyst i.e Java, SQL, Data, Business analysis Able to perform40% Project Management and 60% Functional Business Analysis Work Have relevant experience with Trade Finance Products or Operations Quesscorp Singapore.
