- Manage and support a caseload of multi-state claims, including workers' compensation, indemnity, employer's liability, and subrogation exposures

Requirements
- Previous claims, insurance, customer service, healthcare, legal support, administrative, or related professional experience beneficial
- Workers' compensation claims experience beneficial but not required
- Interest in learning claims handling and insurance operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and software
- Litigation exposure or claims handling experience beneficial
- Education and Licenses:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree or additional education beneficial
