Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the Professional Technical Qualifications (PTQs) related to the position within your resume - NOT TO EXCEED 2 PAGES. PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (PTQS): Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. patent law, the legislative process, and patent enforcement frameworks; experienced in advising on domestic and international patent policy matters. Skilled in drafting and reviewing complex patent documents and briefing high-ranking officials, Members of Congress, international organizations, and stakeholders on sensitive, complex IP issues. There is NO requirement to prepare a narrative statement specifically addressing the Professional Technical Qualifications (PTQs).
