Requirements

  • You possess a minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in a senior people partnering role covering the APAC region for a majority of that time.
  • You have demonstrated a proven track record of successfully partnering with and influencing managers and leaders at all organizational levels within high-growth, fast-paced companies.
  • You are hands-on and can be effective as a senior individual contributor who can deliver independent projects, is self-motivated & results-oriented.
  • You have exceptional collaboration and prioritization skills, constantly seeking opportunities to simplify processes, drive automation, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • You have extensive experience supporting Engineering, Product and Operations teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique dynamics and strategic needs.
  • You exhibit a strong sense of self-awareness, exceptional emotional intelligence, and the ability to rapidly build trust and credibility, establishing yourself as a highly trusted strategic business advisor across all levels of the organization.
