Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 15 years of experience in the field of business / Customer insights
- Ability to provide "hands-on" leadership to solve problems based on experiences with playing a managerial role and successfully handling end-to-end aspects of a business, including P&L
- Experience in establishing long-lasting relationships with top-notch global/local brands in the retail and eCommerce market and leading successful negotiations with them
- Ability to influence the organization with strong and verifiable analytical skills
- Experience in managing/building a team and hiring team members including your subordinate employees
- Fluent in Korean
- Experience in taking on challenges and acting decisively to innovate existing practices to maximize customer satisfaction, which is our top priority.

Objectives of this role is to 1. drive a customer-led Retail E2E Selection strategy (based on market indicators), 2. Deploy and execute the selection strategy in category, and 3. Build a sustainable Selection process / system capability to scale up across all categories. In the key areas of this role, you will 1. Provide sophisticated customer insights (connecting to product segment as well as sourcing/Supplier) in a scalable way, 2. Turn actionable insights into specific execution plans through cross functional business partners (communication is key), 3.
