Summary of the Job: The Analyst I, Authentication and Contact Strategy is accountable for routine monitoring related to potential fraudulent activity on customer accounts. The role is also responsible for working with customers to validate transactions, and engaging relevant business unit contact regarding risk issues related to fraud activity. Schedule: 9:00am to 6:00pm CST (Friday/Saturday off) OR 9:00am to 6:00pm CST (Monday/Sunday off) Training: Approximately 3 months onsite Monday-Friday 8A-5P. The employee will then transition into 9A-6P after released from training. Training will be all onsite at the Tower. This position will require 3 days in the office 2 days at home. About This Role: Duties may include: Monitor, evaluate and investigate potential suspicious activity Work account takeover, fraud application, bust out, synthetic ID and other suspicious activity queues/reports Work with customers to validate high risk transactions or close and status accounts with confirmed fraud Engage business units to solve potential at risk issues Provide feedback to analysts and management on trends The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Fraud experience PRM Excel Business Objects SQL Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
