- Working knowledge of ServiceNow applications (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, SPM) and ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Strong communication, documentation, and training skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively; strong problem-solving skills.
- Education and Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
- Language
- Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.

This is a remote work and can based anywhere in Brazil. Role Summary The ServiceNow Developer designs, develops, implements, and supports Rimini Street's ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, integrations, and core platform services. The role partners with stakeholders to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and configure and enhance the platform in alignment with established standards and best practices.
