Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide hands-on technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Experience - Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT technician roles.
  • Security & Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of IT security principles, data protection measures, and HIPAA/GDPR compliance.
