Courier/Facilities Assistant

About the role

Perform accurate, timely, and professional delivery and pickup of construction documents, office supplies, marketing materials, and other company assets to Perry Homes communities and corporate locations. Maintain daily courier schedules and delivery documentation while ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently. Support warehouse operations by processing Facilities and Workplace Solutions work tickets. Meet and escort vendors at warehouses when Facilities leadership cannot be present. Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the Perry Homes mailroom/storage rooms. Maintain Company-assigned vehicle, including fueling with a Company-issued fuel card, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring the vehicle remains clean, safe, and in compliance with Company standards. Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, inventory movement, fleet maintenance, and assigned work orders. Must be willing to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in courier, warehouse, facilities, logistics, or a related field preferred. Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record. Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Must be insurable under the Company's automobile insurance policy. Demonstrated safe driving habits and commitment to defensive driving practices.
