As a 360 Recruitment Consultant , you'll be trained to run your own "mini business" within our company: You'll connect with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs, and build strong, long-term relationships. You'll also build your own network of freelancers and guide them through the recruitment process - from the first call to the signed deal.
