About the role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to strengthen our Marketing team by supporting our e-commerce (EC) operations, CRM initiatives, and integrated promotional activities that connect our physical stores with digital channels. This role will also strengthen customer engagement across stores, the e-commerce platform, the MUJI Passport App, and social media (SNS) to support future business growth. Job Title : Senior Marketing Executive Salary Range : From SGD4,500 to SGD5,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Working Location : MUJI Head Office. Visit retail stores, event venues, and external partners will be required when necessary. Working Hours :Monday - Friday (Office Hours) .Support events outside office hours will be required when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • To plan and execute integrated marketing and promotional campaigns aligned with sales and CRM strategies across online and offline channels.
  • To manage campaign schedules, budgets, performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • To strengthen customer engagement by communicating product, campaign, and promotional information across retail stores, e-commerce, the MUJI Passport App, and social media platforms.
  • To create, manage, and publish marketing content across social media, e-commerce, the MUJI Passport App, blog, and in-store marketing materials, including copywriting, photography, and videography.
  • To manage social media engagement, digital campaigns, contests, customer interactions, and push notifications.
  • To collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including landlords, advertising agencies, media partners, KOLs, influencers, and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives.
  • To coordinate product launches, marketing events, photoshoots, outdoor promotions, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • To coordinate marketing artwork, promotional materials, media loans, advertising requests, and other marketing collateral.
  • To prepare marketing reports, provide administrative support, and support marketing initiatives for Café&Meal MUJI.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in retail, manufacturing, lifestyle, or brand marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions and product launches.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and execution skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in marketing initiatives connecting retail stores and e-commerce.
  • Experience in CRM, membership program, or customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Experience in social media content planning, short-form video creation, and digital engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, production houses, media partners, or external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and/or written) is an added advantage.
  • Propose and execute appropriate promotional activities and tools across both online and offline channels.
  • Review campaign performance, analyze results, identify issues, and recommend improvements to enhance future campaign effectiveness.
