Responsibilities
- Operating dishwashing machines and manually washing items as needed
- Organizing clean dishes, and ensuring the kitchen keeps a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene by following proper sanitation procedures

WHAT'S THE JOB? The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. This includes operating dishwashing machines, manually washing items as needed, organizing clean dishes, and ensuring the kitchen keeps a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene by following proper sanitation procedures. This is a short-term contract between June-August, requiring the individual to remain at the lodge for the full duration. All travel, accommodations, meals, snacks and beverages are provided.
