This role is crucial for supporting our financial operations through expert analysis, reporting, and credit management, while fostering continuous improvement and sustainable practices. Shift Timings - 3pm to 12am (might have to extend during close) Job Responsibilities: * Lead and execute complex analytical tasks related to General Accounting (GA) * Maintain robust financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to stakeholders. * Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to drive process improvements and integrate sustainable practices into financial operations. * Identify opportunities for innovation in financial processes and reporting, leveraging data visualization tools to enhance understanding. * Actively participate in and champion agility core practices to foster a responsive and adaptive work environment. * Champion customer-centric thinking within financial operations, ensuring processes and communications meet stakeholder needs. * Support and manage change initiatives within the finance function, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption. *Demonstrate deep process understanding to effectively support team queries and build long-term capability within the team. * Leverage deep process expertise to support team queries, drive process improvements and simplification, and build automation for existing processes to enhance efficiency and long-term capability. * Demonstrated leadership mindset with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and levels. * Strong ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving outcomes in a dynamic environment. * High adaptability and resilience to manage change, navigate ambiguity, and sustain performance in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape. * Maintains a professional and respectful attitude, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive approach to teamwork. * Demonstrates reliability, integrity, and a responsible work ethic in handling tasks and commitments. Job Qualifications: * Proven experience in General Accounting (GA) with a min 10 to 12 Years of experience * Demonstrated proficiency in Agility core practices. * Exceptional Analytical Thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data. * Strong Collaboration and Influencing capabilities.. * Outstanding Communication and Presenting skills, both written and verbal. * A track record of Creativity and Innovation in problem-solving. * CA, CPA, MBA, ICWAI or equivalent degree.
