Your mission As a Truck Driver and Machine Operator (m/f/d) , you won't be working in an office - you'll be out in the field, using modern equipment, following clear processes, and working as part of a close-knit team. About uns terralytica is a young company providing expert assessments across various fields. Our measurements form the foundation for the development of solar parks and agri-PV systems in Southern Germany. What that means for you: you'll be working outdoors, directly in the field, making a real contribution to the energy transition. Your tasks Drive trucks and transport equipment - you make sure the team and machinery arrive safely on site Operate machinery in the field - whether it's loaders, pile drivers, or service vehicles, you know how to handle and move equipment Operate pile-driving equipment - after thorough training, you'll work independently with our pile driver Coordinate on-site operations - together with your team, you organize workflows in and around the field Take and document soil samples - carefully and in a structured, traceable way Your profile Valid truck driver's license (Class C / CE) - mandatory, as you'll be transporting team and equipment across Southern Germany Enjoy working outdoors - in all weather conditions and terrains Hands-on skills and confident handling of machinery and tools Reliability and team spirit - in a small team, everyone depends on each other Comfortable with overnight stays in hotels - we're not always based around Munich No degree required. No formal training required. What matters is reliability, willingness to work, and genuine interest in the job Why us?
