Responsibilities

Additional Information

We are seeking a junior-mid level HR Generalist to manage HR Operations. This role balances HRIS data management (Workday) with strict adherence to the Romanian Labor Code and a high level of employee support. You will be responsible for the administrative integrity of the employee lifecycle and serve as a reliable point of contact for our workforce. This is a fixed-term position of 1 year , with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The role follows a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in our Bucharest office.
