Functional Tester

Responsibilities

• 1.Test Planning & Design
• 2.Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Design, develop, and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Test Execution- Execute manual and/or automated tests to ensure the quality of the product. Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• 5.Defect Management-.Report and escalate issues, risks, or defects clearly and effectively to the development team.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
• 7.Collaboration -Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand scope and acceptance criteria.
• 10.Participate in sprint ceremonies and release planning in Agile/Scrum environments,Continuous Improvement
• 11.Suggest improvements to testing processes and automation frameworks.
• 12.Keep up to date with new testing tools, techniques, and strategies.
