Xylem is hiring a Rental Sales Representative to represent our legacy Godwin brand. The Sales Rep is responsible for driving rental growth for Godwin pumps, bypass systems, and related dewatering solutions within the Minnesota territory. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies that expand the customer base, increase rental revenue, and strengthen long-term customer relationships across municipal, industrial, construction, and emergency response markets. The representative identifies new opportunities, manages existing accounts, and works closely with operations and service teams to deliver responsive, reliable rental solutions that meet customer needs. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage a territory while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
