Responsibilities

  • Programme design & narrative
  • Shape the overall programme narrative and objectives aligned to Baringa's brand, sectors and focus account priorities

  • Own end-to-end delivery plan, including; Milestones and governance, Risks and dependencies plus Stakeholder communications
  • Your skills and experience
  • Proven experience running senior external programmes / events
  • Strong content shaping capability (exec-level, thought leadership, panel design)
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (Partners, C-suite, government)
  • Ability to operate as a "programme integrator" across multiple workstreams
  • High level of organisation, judgement, and stakeholder management

Our Clients & Marketing team are looking for an experienced Marketing Programme Lead to join them on a 12 month FTC. The purpose of this role is to design and deliver an end-to-end event programme, ensuring high-impact content, seamless execution, and strong commercial and brand outcomes. This role will act as the single point of orchestration across content, attendees, and external partners.
