Job Role & Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, contract formation, onboarding, performance management and terminations Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records Administer employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related policies Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees Complete MOM surveys and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Job Requirements More than 3 years of experience in a similar HR and payroll role, preferably within the landscape or construction industry Strong understanding of HR best practices, and payroll processing Familiarity with local employment laws, CPF, IRAS and MOM regulations Proficient in using HR and payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service Relevant HR-related qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
