Responsibilities
- Build, test, and implement technology solutions for leading banks and financial institutions.

Requirements
- 4-6 years' experience as a consultant within Business Agility, Agile Transformation Change Leader or Agile Delivery (Agile Project Management) professional within banking
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and proven experience leading or supporting agile transformations and delivery teams
- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Value stream design and agile operating model development
- Agile tooling such as JIRA and Confluence, including configuration or migration
- Lean Portfolio Management
- Agile people management, including agile practices for line organizations
- Product Management, including business analysis or product ownership focused on lifecycle and continuous improvement
- DevOps and/or agile testing and quality assurance
- Willingness to travel
- You are working and living in Sweden
- Proficiency in Swedish and English and strong communication skills
- Preferred Knowledge:
- Experience working in core banking domains such as Payments, Lending, Savings, Cards, AML, Risk, Compliance, Trading & Capital Markets or Finance and Regulatory Reporting
- Meriting if you previously held roles within Banking such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, RTE, Coach, Epic Owner or Transformation Lead
- Ability to apply agile principles within regulated and complex banking environments
- Familiar with concepts such as systems/design thinking, dual operating system and Scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum at Scale or Spotify.
- Academic background in behavioral science, engineering or information systems
