About the role
Job Purpose We are looking for a designer to support visual communications across commuter-facing touchpoints. Duties and Responsibilities - Design and produce graphic assets for print and digital platforms (e.g. posters, signage, social media, banners) - Execute layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in line with brand guidelines - Prepare artwork for print production and digital deployment (print-ready files, web assets) - Apply and maintain brand consistency across all materials - Adapt designs across different formats, sizes, and environments - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into visual solutions - Review and refine work based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and quality - Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects Qualifications and Work Experience - Diploma / Higher Nitec in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field - 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome) - Solid understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, hierarchy) Skills and Competencies - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) - Strong sense of layout, typography, and composition - Attention to detail, especially in production and file setup - Ability to work within established brand systems - Good communication skills and ability to take direction - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - A portfolio of design work is required
