In this role, you will develop and maintain IT Security Standards and work with the Baltimore City Information Security Council to ensure they are reviewed and that all feedback is addressed. You will identify and prioritize the IT Standards that need to be updated and work with the Security Council to develop realistic milestones plans to ensure all standards are implemented. You will be the primary interface to the Information Security Council and support Baltimore City IT's objective to build positive relationships as we update our IT and IT Security. You will support the development of an exception process and a robust risk management framework. This is a challenging role in a growing information security team, and an opportunity to act as an information security controls subject matter expert, while broadening your skills in an enterprise information security policy and compliance program.
