IT Infrastructure Network Administrator & Project Manager - Bilingual in Korean MUST

Responsibilities

• Network & Server Operations
• Deploy and manage WAN circuits, ensuring stable connectivity and optimal performance
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (Cisco or Juniper)
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, including routing, switching, and firewall systems
• Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
• Support server operations and infrastructure stability
• Infrastructure Project Execution
• Propose and execute infrastructure-related SI projects (network upgrades, server migrations, etc.)
• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation plans
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous performance optimization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in network and server operations / PM experience at least 5 years +
• Proven experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper network devices
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• Bilingual in Korean and English for global coordination
