About the role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented K-POP Merchandise Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Korean Pop merchandise assortments, monitoring industry trends, optimizing inventory performance, and supporting data-driven business decisions.   • Collect, compile, and analyze store sales data.
  • Prepare regular sales and inventory performance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to support merchandising, purchasing, and operational decisions.
  • Develop and execute replenishment plans to maintain healthy stock levels.
  • Monitor inventory turnover and identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency.
  • Minimize stock shortages while reducing excess and slow-moving inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory allocation and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and passion of the K-POP industry and Chinese entertainment market, including photocards, albums, and merchandise products.
  • Candidates with experience in merchandise planning, retail operations, inventory management and e-commerce is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail or merchandising environment.
