Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries in QuickBooks - accurate and current.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Sales tax filing.
• The integrity of your journal entries - you chase down the information each one needs rather than waiting for it to arrive.
• First line of sight on anomalies - you notice when spending or an entry looks off, and act on it.
