Engineer - System & Process Management (Saudi National)

About the role

This role bridges the gap between technical data systems and physical factory workflows to ensure maximum organizational efficiency. - System Administration: Maintain and troubleshoot MES/ERP systems, including local KDMES and GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management) for logistics tracking. - Process Auditing: Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and respond to raw material or process quality issues. - New Model Preparation: Manage PGM (Program) management for new models, including "Work Map" changes and small-scale PGM management. - Inventory & Logistics: Core management of inventory reports, daily production reports, and SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) kit ordering and planning. - Warehouse Integration: Oversee material warehouse management and the flow of work-in-progress (WIP) departments. Essential Skills & Experience: - Proficiency in Odin PGM and factory execution software. - Experience in RMA response and VOC (Voice of Customer) issue resolution. - Strong communication skills in English and proficient Computer Literacy. - 2-3 years of experience in process management or industrial systems. - Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, Industrial or Systems Engineering preferred). Mobility: The role requires regular visits to the Factory to ensure system compliance.
