About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Controller who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, owns their numbers, and gets excited about building a modern, AI-native finance function from the inside out. You'll get autonomy, real impact, and a team that moves fast and supports each other.

Responsibilities

• 🔹 Lead revenue recognition and calculations🔹 Own collections and billing operations🔹 Own the end-to-end monthly closing process🔹 Manage and mentor the bookkeeping team🔹 Build annual financial reports and lead the full audit cycle🔹 Identify and implement AI tools across finance workflows

Requirements
