Environmental, Health and Safety Systems Coordinator (REMOTE)

Responsibilities

• Participate and assist with organization, documentation, action item completion, driving consistency, and promoting active participation on multiple safety committees at the Enterprise, Americas, and regional levels assisting in the development of safety policies and procedures.
• Scribe during meetings related to the investigation of injuries, illnesses, and significant events, ensuring process consistency, documentation, record retention, and tracking of corrective actions and preventative measures.
• Assist with overseeing the administration of workers' compensation program, including tracking claims with the insurance carrier vs. injury/illness records documented in Benchmark|Gensuite.
• Consider the future goals and current needs of the department and make data informed decisions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with additional Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across multilingual teams, including technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to prepare, review, and deliver EHS documentation and training
