About the role
Location : South Kensington Campus About the role : Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to develop your career as a Faculty Operations and Projects Officer? What you would be doing : As Faculty Operations and Projects Officer, you will support a varied portfolio of operational, strategic and service improvement initiatives across the Faculty. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, coordinate project activity and support the development and implementation of practical solutions. You will also contribute to operational planning, reporting and governance activities, helping to ensure that projects and initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with Faculty priorities. This is a highly collaborative role, providing the opportunity to work with academic and professional services colleagues across a wide range of functions including education, research, digital services and Faculty operations. What we are looking for : We are looking for someone who: Has experience of supporting projects, operational initiatives or business change activities involving multiple stakeholders. Has excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively. Is confident building relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement. Can communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Has experience of producing reports, presentations and briefing materials. Is proactive, adaptable and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement. Has experience of working in higher education or a similarly complex organisation. This is a full-time, open-ended position based at Imperial's South Kensington Campus, with hybrid working available in line with College policy.
