- Advise on strategies to increase affluent customer base, drive acquisition, enhance profitability, and strengthen loyalty.
- Propose differentiated experiences, tools, and touchpoints.
- Reporting & Communication
- Prepare recommendation decks, impact assessments, and execution tracking dashboards.
- Present findings and recommendations to segment management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field.
- Certifications in consulting, strategy, product management, or project management are advantageous.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital banking ecosystems.
- Experience with dashboards (e.g., Power BI).

Experience Required: - Minimum 7-10 years in affluent banking, segment strategy, consulting, value proposition design, or similar fields. - Previous roles involving competitor analysis, trend forecasting, and reporting - Experience interpreting insights and translating them into strategic recommendations. - Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within the premium segment - Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously Skills & Competencies - Strong knowledge of affluent banking and value proposition design. - Excellent research and data interpretation abilities - Strategic thinking and the ability to synthesize insights. - Strong communication and advisory skills. - Execution leadership and stakeholder management. - Analytical and problem solving abilities.
