Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our CRM platform
- Play a key role in the implementation of a new business-wide CRM platform

- Work closely with our Digital, Marketing, CX and Product teams
- Partner with stakeholders to align CRM strategies with broader business goals
- Support the development of a long-term CRM and lifecycle strategy

- 4+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or loyalty programs
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- Proven ability to build and optimise end-to-end automated customer journeys
- Deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation and multi-channel engagement (email, SMS, web)
- Confidence working with data, analytics and campaign reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail
