- Experience driving organizational technical strategy and managing complex architectural discussions.
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and backend performance tuning.
- Preferred Expertise:
- Previous experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- Experience in Fintech, Invoicing, or Payments platforms within B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience merging multiple products/platforms into a unified backend architecture.
- Familiarity with distributed tracing, logging, monitoring, and modern security best practices.
