Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for individual assets, portfolios, corporates, and funds

  • Demonstrated interest in real estate and private equity investing
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative and modeling skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Role Overview: The Analyst / Associate / Senior Associate will be a key member of the acquisitions team supporting the evaluation, execution, and management of net lease investments as well as supporting other functions within the organization. This role offers broad exposure to underwriting, transaction execution and structuring, capital markets, and investor-facing activities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Additionally, this role offers significant exposure to senior investment professionals and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time. This role is based in New York or Chicago.
