Talent Acquisition Consultant

Responsibilities

• Create engaging job advertisements and manage postings across various recruitment platforms
• Source, screen, shortlist, and match candidates to suitable job opportunities
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates
• Prepare employment contracts and handle recruitment documentation
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates
• Maintain an organized and updated candidate database

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Self-driven and goal-oriented personality
• Comfortable communicating and interacting with people
• Tech-savvy and familiar with online platforms
• CEI certification is preferred but not mandatory
