Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and reliable operation of production and packaging equipment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
  • 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently
  • Experience performing preventive maintenance and documenting work orders
  • Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and standard computer skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training as needed
  • Experience with conveyors, automated systems, or packaging equipment
  • Basic experience with PLC troubleshooting or HMI systems
  • Experience participating in root cause analysis or continuous improvement initiatives

Job Description Are you an experienced technician ready to take the next step in your career? As a Maintenance Technician II , you will play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and supporting efficient production operations. In this role, you will work independently , troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with engineers and fellow technicians. Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay: $31.45/hour (paid weekly) Shift Differential: 10% for night shift Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern (day and night shifts)
