- Secure price consistency in collaboration with Sales Excellence and Business Analytics teams.

- Drive the value proposition based on market intelligence, customer and competitive insights
- Conduct competitive analysis to monitor market trends, innovations, and product offerings, while identifying potential gaps in competitive strategies.
- Regularly analyze the sales evolution by segment, brand, and product family, providing actionable recommendations to management
- Gather customer and sales team insights to provide a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and market demands to be able to feedback product development.

As the Product & Segment Manager Nordics & Benelux you will be responsible for all activities related to the commercialization of the PPG Paint and Non-paint products for the Car Refinish Industry. The primary focus is on the operational product management of the PPG product ranges for the car painting industry as well as light industrial coatings. This means that the products you will be working with are technical products in a b-2-b setting where you will be managing categories like paint, primers, clear coats, tape, abrasives and sealers, to mention a few. The secondary focus is on communication where you will be working on coordinating new product introductions to both distributors and end users, including launch material communication and other supporting materials. Moreover, the updating of the websites and other communication tasks in the two regions will also be your responsibility.
