With a commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. Position: Quantity Surveyor Manager (Curtain Wall) The Quantity Surveyor Manager reports directly to the Quantity Surveyor Director and the General Manager of the Company. The Quantity Surveyor Manager is responsible for supporting and managing the commercial and cost-related aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycle. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Participate in the preparation and review of project business budgets, including cost planning and financial forecasting. Participate in and manage commercial matters arising during project execution, including but not limited to: Progress payment applications and certifications; Variation and change management; Establishment and maintenance of cost ledgers; Subcontract administration and management; and Project contract administration and compliance. Coordinate and work closely with the Finance Department on cost control, payment processing, financial reporting, and related matters. Prepare and maintain accurate commercial records and reports in accordance with company requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by company management and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Company's business and commercial management systems.
