Overview of the role: Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Human Resources for Quebec, the Senior Human Resources Advisor plays a key role in promoting the company's values and culture. The individual is responsible for HR operational activities, including employee relations, recruitment, labour relations, training and development, as well as benefits management for our Saint-Hyacinthe site. Temporary position - maternity leave replacement (12 months). How you will make contributions that matter: Advising and supporting managers, supervisors and employees on HR practices and procedures; Establishing HR priorities for the Saint-Hyacinthe plant and ensuring alignment with the Canadian division's HR objectives; Acting as a company ambassador and actively promoting its culture; Performing various related tasks as required; You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Reliability and team spirit, while being able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality. Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written). CRHA designation (an asset). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
